The PADI Discover Beach Plus program will start with a beach dive in the morning, followed by two dives from the boat in the afternoon. An alternative schedule for the Discover Beach Plus is available by doing the beach dive on one day and then the boat dives starting in the morning at 0700 AM.
The Discover Beach Plus program follows the same protocol as the PADI Discover Scuba Diver program although the first ‘try-dive’ is conducted from the beach in water deep enough to stand. Upon successful completion of DSD skills at the beach, the candidates can then join the afternoon dive boat for two fantastic dives on the reefs around the Phi Phi Islands.
